Himatrix Training Centre (HTC), part of Himatrix Group and based at Dubai Industrial City, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), marking a significant step towards strengthening industry–academia collaboration.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Sudhindra S., Pro Vice Chancellor (Dubai Campus), MAHE; Mr. Nadeer Ali, Founder and Chairman of Himatrix Group; and Dr. Rehab Al Ameri, Managing Partner of Himatrix Group on 22nd October 2026.

The partnership establishes a collaborative framework for extended training programmes, knowledge exchange, practical learning, and professional skill development. By combining MAHE’s academic expertise with HTC’s industry-oriented capabilities, the collaboration aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industrial applications.

Himatrix Training Centre is being developed as a platform for practical, industry-aligned education that supports the UAE’s ambitions in industrial growth, innovation, and advanced manufacturing. Based at Dubai Industrial City, the centre brings together dedicated training facilities, hands-on learning environments, and industry-relevant infrastructure to connect technical knowledge with real-world applications.

Through this partnership, HTC and MAHE aim to expand opportunities for specialised training, strengthen practical competencies, and equip learners with the skills required by evolving industries. The collaboration also reinforces the importance of closer engagement between educational institutions and industry in developing a capable, future-ready workforce.

This MoU marks a meaningful step towards translating academic knowledge into industrial capability and building the skills that will shape the industries of tomorrow.
